Life happens — easily request a hold on your CrossFit Sturbridge membership by filling out the form below, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Temporary Membership Hold

As stated in your CrossFit Sturbridge Membership Agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold. Before submitting your Membership Hold Request, please read the following important points carefully. By submitting the hold request form you are confirming that you have read and understand that:


  • I understand that a HOLD must be submitted at least 10 days prior to hold start date. I understand that if no reactivation date is provided, the hold will default to 90 days. I am responsible for contacting CrossFit Sturbridge at least 10 days prior to the restart date should I need to extend the length of my hold. CrossFit Sturbridge is not responsible for reminding me of the membership reactivation date and refunds/credits are not permissible under any circumstance.
